1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license issued by the Government of India.

• You must provide valid identity and address proof for verification.

• The right to accept or reject a booking is reserved with BooknDrive.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online through bookndrive.in or via our customer support.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Security deposits may apply and will be refunded after successful return of the vehicle, subject to deductions (if any).

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

3. Vehicle Usage Rules

• Vehicles must be used only for personal/legal purposes.

• Sub-letting, unauthorized commercial use, or carrying illegal goods is strictly prohibited.

• The customer must comply with all traffic rules and laws while driving.

• Smoking, drinking, or carrying hazardous materials inside the vehicle is not allowed.

4. Customer Responsibility

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented.

• Any damage, accident, or loss caused due to negligence will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for fuel costs, tolls, parking charges, and traffic fines during the rental period.

• Loss of keys, documents, or accessories will incur additional charges.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Vehicles are covered under standard motor insurance.

• In case of accidents, insurance claims are subject to policy terms, and customers may need to bear a deductible/excess.

• BooknDrive is not liable for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made before [X hours/days] of the booking start may be eligible for a refund.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Termination of Service

• BooknDrive reserves the right to cancel or deny service in case of misuse, false information, or illegal activity.

• Customers violating these T&Cs may be blacklisted from future bookings.

8. Limitation of Liability

• BooknDrive shall not be held responsible for delays due to traffic, breakdowns, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond control.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

• Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
